The meeting about climate change and the work ahead

The meeting with John Hatton and Carlota from Impacto went very well. Many students and teachers attended and they seemed very interested in the topic. John´s presentation was clear and informative with clear visuals to help explaining and keep the attention of the viewers.

John Hatton then gave us a film that explains the development of the earth which we are going to watch today in class and then have an open show for all the students that are interested.

This is all in realation to the  WWV – World Wide Views on global warming, a global citizen consultation on climate policy, that will be held all over the world on 26th of September.

My students in fifth grade will now work on the subject and create material to exhibit in relation to the meeting and students from ENAV will participate in the preparation of UMOJA´s Green Concert that will take place the day before the meeting, 25th of September in CAMPO do ZIXAXA from 1300 – 20.00.
